How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on orders over ₹2,990, otherwise ₹149. Express delivery is ₹349. Store collection is always free.
How long will my order take?
Standard: 3-5 working days. Express: 1-2 working days. Remote PIN codes may need an extra 1-2 days.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, to over 19,000 PIN codes. Enter yours at checkout to confirm.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from dispatch to return any item in its original condition with tags attached. Returns are free by courier pickup or in any JULIOS store.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products, earrings and underwear can't be returned unless faulty.

UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, net banking and cash on delivery.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices are MRP inclusive of GST. Your invoice shows the GST breakdown.

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with body measurements. If you're between sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed fit.
What does 'coming soon' mean on a size?
That size is sold out and being restocked. Add the piece to your favourites to find it again.

Order acceptance
Your order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock discrepancies, with a full refund.
